Delivery within the UK

At Tieker, we care not just about pets, but also about the experience of every pet-loving home. That’s why we take delivery and packaging seriously — your order deserves thoughtful handling from the very beginning.

We provide nationwide shipping across the UK through our reliable logistics partners, including UPS, Yodel, Parcel Force, DPD, FedEx, DHL, and other trusted courier services. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged by our experienced warehouse team to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

 

Free Shipping Policy

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders within the UK (excluding special delivery zones listed below). We believe that creating a cozy space for your pet should come with no hidden fees — just smooth, hassle-free service.

 

Special Delivery Zones & Surcharges

Please note:
We do not currently support shipping to Jersey or postal codes starting with JE.

In addition, some remote areas may incur extra delivery fees due to courier surcharges, including:

  • Scottish Highlands
  • Scottish Offshore Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man

Postal codes affected include: BT, FK, KA (1–26, 29, 30), PA (1–19), PH, AB, IV, KW (1–14), PO (30–41), and others.

If your delivery address falls within these zones, please Contact Us before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional costs. Otherwise, we’ll notify you if extra charges apply after processing.

 

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Standard Delivery Time: Most parcels arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier scheduling.

Additional Notes:

  • Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate packages on different days.
  • If you request to cancel your order after dispatch, a cancellation fee may be deducted to cover handling and shipping costs.
